Fax for Agents is a fax API, a hosted MCP server and SDKs built so AI agents can send and receive faxes. It is made by JSB Holdings LLC.

## The company

JSB Holdings LLC is a limited liability company formed in Delaware on 2023-05-08, file number 7447451. Its postal address is 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, US. Fax for Agents is its trading name for this product. [Synapse](https://synapsereality.io/), a software and AI development company, built the product for JSB Holdings LLC.

The service runs on one server in Nuremberg, Germany (EU). The team is small and does not publish names or photos. The mark on this site is the logo, and it is the only image we use of ourselves.

The OpenAPI document, the SDK sources, the MCP server and runnable examples are public at [github.com/faxforagents](https://github.com/faxforagents).

## Why fax

Fax still carries contracts, orders, prescriptions and filings in places where email is not accepted. Software that acts on its own needs a way to send one that a person can bound and later check. That is the whole product: a quote before a send, an authorization the server can name, and a receipt with the provider's evidence.

## What we promise and what we do not

We promise the receipt is true to what the provider reported. Money moves only with a quote and an authorization. Every price on this site carries a date. We do not promise delivery, we do not sign HIPAA agreements, and we do not claim a country we have not faxed. The [security page](https://faxforagents.com/security/) lists the controls and the [changelog](https://faxforagents.com/changelog/) lists what shipped when.
