What to include
- For a job: the job id (
fax_...) and theX-Request-Idorcorrelation_idfrom the error, if there was one. Never the document itself. - For billing: the organization name and the payment reference from the receipt.
- For a number outside the launch countries: the country and what the number is for.
- For a security report: what you found and how to reproduce it. The same address is in security.txt.
We answer within two working days. Replies come from the same address, signed by a person.
