Status

The public status page is at status.faxforagents.com, hosted by Better Stack, so it stays up when we are down. The health endpoints answer as well: api.faxforagents.com/healthz and mcp.faxforagents.com/healthz answer 200 when the service is up.

What is monitored

• The REST API: GET /healthz on api.faxforagents.com every minute.
• The MCP server: initialize on mcp.faxforagents.com every minute.
• Document creation: a synthetic text document through POST /v1/documents with a test key, so the credential path, the database and the renderer are exercised.
• This site and the customer area.

A true send synthetic, which would run a document, a quote and a send on the sandbox in sequence, is planned and not live. We do not publish an uptime figure, because the monitors have not run long enough to state one with a date and a method.

Inside the API

GET /v1/service-status answers with your key: whether the database answers, how old the worker's last heartbeat is, the version and the provider in use. It is customer-safe and never carries another organization's data.
